Thinking of Lilacs...

Hello Everyone!  It's time for another Power Poppy Friday and I wonder what the Bloom Brigade has in store for us today!!!  I've reached for the lovely French Lilac digi stamp to play with!  It's such a beautiful image and you can make it any size you like!

In case you missed it - the latest Power and Spark Challenge is now LIVE and you can play along and have a chance to win a stamp set of your choice!  This month is a STRETCH!

HOW TO PLAY:
The Power & Spark “Stretch Yourself” Challenge is a DOUBLE challenge: We want you to start by stretching your card canvas by using a tall card format AND then stretch your creativity by trying a new technique or using a new product that you’ve been wanting to try in your creative pursuits! Now’s the time to go for it!
To play along, make sure you link up your challenge card at the POWER POPPY BLOG!

I have to admit, I haven't done a card for the challenge as yet, I got totally side tracked!  Instead, I've used a base of white and layered with Marina Mist cut with A2 Filigree Delight.  Around this I've wrapped an edged sheer brown ribbon topped with blue satin ribbon.  I've printed the French Lilac image and sentiment onto X-press It Blending Card and coloured it with Copics (B60, B63, B66, G40, G43, G46, R24, YR30).  I've cut this with the oval that comes in the A2 Filigree Delight set and matted it with Kraft cut with A2 Divine Eloquence and popped the panel up on X-press It High Tack Foam Tape.  To finish I've added a blue satin bow to the ribbon.

Stamps - French Lilac (Power Poppy)
Paper - X-press It Blending Card, White, Marina Mist, Kraft
Ink- Printer
Accessories - Copics, Spellbinders A2 Filigree Delight and A2 Divine Eloquence, Brown and Blue Ribbons, Bow Easy, X-press It High Tack Foam Tape

Want to see what the Bloomies have been playing with this week??  Pop by these blogs and take a peek......
That's all from me today, thanks for popping by and hope you are inspired to stamp!!  :)

Oh, Kathy, this is gorgeous, and this is one of my favorites images (among many)! And wow, your coloring is exquisite, and this beautiful looks so very lovely with the beautiful decorative dies that I so love...we do share that in common. I love the two colors of card stock you've used - it's lovely, and your beautiful bow is a perfect finishing touch! Stunning card, as always, sweet friend! Have a wonderful week...and keep cool! Hugs!
